How to promote FormaBase products effectively and within the rules. Following this guide protects your audience's trust, and your commissions.
The law in the United States, and in many other countries, requires you to tell people when you earn money from a recommendation. It is also simply good practice: audiences trust creators who are open about it.
- Disclose clearly, in plain words, before or right next to your link
- Disclose in every place you share a link: posts, videos, emails, pages and bios
- Say it out loud in videos and podcasts, not only in the description
- Hide a disclosure behind a “more” link, at the bottom of a page, or among hashtags
- Rely on vague wording like “thanks for the support” or “#sp”
- Describe features and benefits from the product's official materials
- Share your genuine, first-hand experience with the product
- Quote prices and trials exactly as the product lists them
- Say the product is built and operated by FormaBase
- Promise results, income, savings or outcomes the product does not guarantee
- Invent features, discounts, codes or endorsements
- Present yourself as FormaBase, its support team or an official partner
- Bid on FormaBase or product names in paid search without written approval
Commissions are paid for genuine customers who choose a product because of your recommendation. These never count, and can lead to removal from the program:
- Referring yourself, or creating accounts to earn a commission
- Spam: unsolicited email, texts, direct messages or comments
- Forced, hidden or incentivized clicks, and anything that sets attribution without a real click
- Misleading pages that imitate FormaBase or a FormaBase product

| Your 12 months | You earn 50% of net receipts for each customer's first 12 months of paid service |
| Annual plans | Your full first-year commission on a cleared annual prepayment is paid in the next monthly cycle |
| Refunds | A refund or chargeback reverses the commission linked to it |
