Accessibility
FormaBase products should work for everyone. Accessibility is built into the design system every product uses, so it is the default rather than an afterthought.
Last reviewed October 4, 2026
We design and build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, across this site and the products built on FormaBase.
| Area | How |
|---|---|
| Color contrast | Text colors are tested automatically to meet at least 4.5:1, including status badges and error messages |
| Keyboard | Every control works with a keyboard, with a visible focus ring and a skip-to-content link |
| Forms | Every field has a visible label; help text and errors are announced to screen readers |
| Structure | Semantic headings, landmarks and lists; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology |
| Motion | Animations respect the reduce-motion setting on your device |
| Automated checks | Accessibility rules run on every change before it can ship |
If something on FormaBase or a FormaBase product is hard to use with your setup, email support@formabase.app with the page address and what happened. We will respond and work on a fix.
